FaceToCartoon is a digital, credit-based service: generating a cartoon consumes credits and immediately incurs processing costs. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who administers refunds on our behalf.
1. Try before you buy
Every new account receives free trial credit so you can test the quality of our cartoons before purchasing. We encourage you to use your free trial to make sure the Service meets your needs before subscribing.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee (unused plans)
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of a payment, provided the credits from that billing period are substantially unused (you have not used more than a small number of credits). This applies to your first payment on a plan and to renewals.
3. Consumed credits are non-refundable
Because each generation incurs immediate AI processing costs and delivers a finished result, credits that have already been used are non-refundable. If you have used a significant portion of your credits, your purchase is no longer eligible for the money-back guarantee.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period — to request a refund, see the sections above.
5. We always make it right
We will refund you promptly in cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Billing errors or amounts charged incorrectly.
- Failed generations — if a generation fails, the credits are automatically returned to your balance.
- The Service was paid for but could not be delivered to you.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@facetocartoon.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and your order or receipt reference (Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment). We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where such laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a service already delivered may result in suspension of your account.
